Plant EHS Manager

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania area

Degree Requirements: BS Safety, Environmental, Engineering or related technical/advanced

This is a critical and highly valued role at the company that will focus heavily on safety and health initiatives such as building and driving new programs, systems, training & related activities for the facility. This leadership position will also play a key role in standardizing their EHS systems enterprise-wide and proactively managing the long-term strategic direction of the EHS program.

Plant PSM Engineer

Locations: Alexandria, Virginia

Industry: Chemical

Degree Requirements: BS Engineering degree

Lead the facility Process Safety program function – responsible for the ongoing development, implementation and standardization of PSM policies, programs and expectations to fully integrate. Must have at least (5-7) years of PSM leadership with a degree in Engineering.

 

Plant EHS Manager

Must have at least 5+ years of plant safety experience with strong people management skills. Major responsibilities include leading and supervising the occupational safety team including setting and measuring objectives for the team, managing and improving safety systems, developing key safety staff and ensuring effective safety communications.
Directly manage a Safety Supervisor and Senior Field Safety Specialist plus several indirect reports. The position will report into the site EHS Manager.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required, demonstrated leadership capabilities including employee development and engagement along with strong change management skills.

PSM Engineer

Location: Enid, Oklahoma

Degree Requirements: BS Engineering – Chemical preference

Candidate must have an Engineering degree with at least (2) years of process safety engineering experience with the desire to become a PSM subject matter expert. This position will report into the EHS department and will have opportunity to expand into different areas of environmental, safety or engineering.

Major responsibilities involve the ongoing development, implementation and improvement of the facility PSM system and incorporating process safety into the overall EHS Management System. Provide guidance to the plant regarding the PSM system including hazard identification, risk assessment and risk management practices (Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR).

Human Resource Manager – bilingual highly preferred (English/Spanish)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Must have at least 5+ years of forward-thinking HR management experience within manufacturing operations. This position will create and manage all HR related activities for a manufacturing plant (non-union operations). Create and drive all HR activities with the ability to supervise, coach/mentor an HR Department.

Provide employee relations strategy and execution, identify and implement performance improvement processes, talent acquisition management, performance measurement, benefits and compensation.

Must be a persuasive communicator, effective problem with the ability to manage the function autonomously.

 

Plant Safety Supervisor

Location: Long Beach, California

Industry: Waste to Energy

Degree Requirements: BS Safety, Engineering or related technical degree

Must have at least (2) years of industrial safety experience in any type of manufacturing environment. This position will be a stepping stone to future safety opportunities within the organization (larger site, regional or corporate roles).

Position will report into a Site Manager and work closely with the Corporate Safety Department to oversee regulatory compliance, accident investigation and OSHA VPP efforts. Responsible for all aspects of safety training (including initial new hire training), implementation of company safety policies and management of other safety program initiatives such as DOT.

Plant Safety Engineer

Location: Springfield, Illinois

Industry: Heavy Manufacturing

Degree Requirements: BS Safety or related technical

Must have at least (2) years of plant safety experience within heavy manufacturing operations. Position will support the site level safety initiatives for a growing manufacturing facility currently employing (600) employees.

Lead plant EHS processes and ensure systems are in place and are highly functioning to maintain compliance with the site regulatory requirements and expectations. Act as the location representative to key internal and external stakeholders.

 

Plant Environmental Specialist/Engineer

Location: Springfield, Illinois

Industry: Heavy Manufacturing

Degree Requirements: BS Environmental or related technical

Must have at least (3) years of plant environmental experience within manufacturing operations (open to any industry). Position will support the environmental compliance and permitting activities for (2) local production sites. Must be knowledgeable in air (no Title V), water and waste management plus understanding of control devices.

 

Plant Safety, Health and Environmental Manager

Location: Oakland, California

Industry: Manufacturing

Degree Requirements: BS Safety, Health or related technical

Must have at least 8+ years of plant safety experience. Responsible for leading the EHS Department, reporting into the Plant Manager and supporting EHS for a (400) employee, non-union manufacturing facility. Ergonomics, training initiatives and accident/injury reduction will be the main focus.

Key Responsibilities of this position include:
Review, evaluate and analyze work environments and assist in the design of programs and procedures to prevent injury.
Assess and evaluate plant conditions for safety compliance and conduct inspections.
Develop and maintain proficiency in technical matters related to safety/IH including air sampling and noise monitoring.
Ability to communicate effectively and read/interpret documents related to all safety and health matters.

 

Plant Environmental Engineer

Locations: Dover, New Jersey

Industry: Manufacturing

Degree Requirements: BS Safety, Health, Environmental or related degree

Must have at least 5+ years of industrial EHS experience including staff management. Responsible for supporting the Plant EHS in driving the overall EHS Management System for a large, non-union plant and directly supervise (1) EHS Engineer. The position will focus (80%) Environmental and (20%) safety and report directly into the site EHS Manager.

EHS Specialist

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Position will report into a Director of EHS and will initially be focused on their company-wide safety training development initiatives. Most of the company locations are in Milwaukee with some travel to a facility in Florida, when needed.
